Electric

DECOM Spa directs the utmost working effort at the design stage, seconding the best professionals it has: highly specialised engineers and internal designers who avail themselves of the most up-to-date computer-aided design and calculating software available on the market. Facility control systems are developed using varied European and extra-European unified symbolic systems, with particular attention being paid to component innovation and to the regulations of the country for which the facility is destined.

 Therefore, we can design highly complex electric systems either based on our technical standards or on specifications provided by the customer, while availing ourselves of reliable and constantly updated integrated technologies. The development of new solutions begins with research and study into market supply.

Then, according to the customer’s specific needs, a draft design is developed using innovative solutions, and it comes complete with a cost and time estimate.

Software

The software engineering department internally develops the management and automation system control programs made at Decom Spa. In so doing, we can guarantee the proper functioning of the machines, while also assuring high safety standards.
In order to meet the customer’s specific needs, we work by their side to design the process automation, to identify the most suitable components and software and to organize the work in such a way as to hand over a perfectly working facility. The control systems architecture permits us to easily deal with problems concerning the product traceability, production supervision and the advanced diagnostics.
All facilities, everywhere in the world, can be telecom-assisted by maintenance bodies in charge or directly by our developers. According to the complexity of the task to be performed, our traceability systems use label barcode scanners/writers, memory tag radio scanners/writers, systems for automatic labelling and online weighing.

Mechanical
